HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 1353 of 2015 O R D E R:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for respondents submits that the contempt case is filed against the order dated 19.09.2014 passed in WP No.24414 of 2014. Since the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, no further orders are necessary in the contempt case and an endorsement is made to that effect. In view of the above submission, the contempt case is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
