Transfer CMP.No.247 of 2014 is filed for transfer of O.P.No.748 of 2013 pending on the file of Family Court, Secunderabad to the Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad to be tried along with O.P.No.1392 of 2013. Transfer CMP.No.248 of 2014 is filed to transfer O.S.No.5 of 2014 pending on the file of Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, L.B.Nagar to Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Both these transfer petitions are filed by petitioner/wife. O.P.No.748 of 2013 is filed by respondent/husband for restitution of conjugal rights under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act. O.P.No.1392 of 2013 is filed by the petitioner herein for grant of divorce and O.S.No.5 of 2014 is also filed by her on the file of Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, L.B.Nagar in respect of property disputes between the petitioner/wife and respondent/husband. When the matter is taken up, the respondent/husband present as partyin- person. Though he filed counter, he says he does not have objection if O.S.No.5 of 2014 is transferred to Secunderabad. O.P.No.1392 of 2013 filed by his wife i.e. the petitioner herein to transfer to Secunderabad to be tried along with O.P.No.748 of 2013 pending the file of Family Court, Secunderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also says that he has no objection if O.P.No.1392 of 2013 pending on the file of Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and O.S.No.5 of 2014 pending on the file of Family Court, Ranga Reddy District are transferred to Family Court, Secunderabad. In view of the same, O.P.No.1392 of 2013 pending on the file of Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and O.S.No.

where O.P.No.748 of 2013 is pending.

Accordingly, the Transfer CMPs are disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
