HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CONTEMPT CASE No.424 OF 2017 JUDGMENT:

This contempt case is filed alleging that the respondent has not complied with the directions issued by this Court in its order, dated 04.11.2016 in W.P. No.37832 of 2016.

When the matter is taken up for hearing it is informed by the learned counsel for the respondent that the respondent is investigating into the matter, and after completion of the investigation, final report will be filed.

Recording the above, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
