The petitioner, who is a retired Chief Engineer, filed this Writ Petition feeling aggrieved by the purported inaction of the respondent- Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh in considering and disposing of his complaint against a practicing advocate. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent- Bar
Council, on instructions, submitted that the Advocate, against whom the petitioner gave his complaint, has already submitted her comments and that the same will be discussed and a decision whether to refer the complaint to the disciplinary committee or not will be taken in the ensuing General Body Meeting of the respondent scheduled to be held on 19th/20th of December, 2015.
This submission of the learned Counsel for the respondent is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.50726 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
