This petition is filed, under Sections 437 and 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, seeking to enlarge the petitioner, who is A3, on bail in Crime No.75 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Yelamanchili (Town) Police Station, Visakhapatnam District.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The counsel for the petitioner brings to the notice of this court that the earlier bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this court.

A perusal of the said order shows that considering the merits of the case, this court came to the conclusion that it is not a fit case for grant of bail to the petitioner. Considering the said order and the fact that there are no changed circumstances, this court opines that this petition is not at all maintainable.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
