This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 and 2, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking pre arrest bail in Crime No.206 of 2007 on the file of the Station House Officer, Chennaraopet Police Station, Warangal District. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.
