HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2852 of 2020 ORDER:

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in WP No.9570 of 2017 dated 06.04.2017 and same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Transport appearing for respondents. In view of the same and for the reasons alike in the order dated 06.04.2017, this writ petition is also allowed directing the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner forthwith to submit his application through online and process the same as expeditiously as possible and complete the testing formalities within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that the respondent authorities may take action against the petitioner for furnishing the alleged fake address and getting his vehicle registered, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
