When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main suit was withdrawn. Since the main suit itself is dismissed as withdrawn, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
