Heard counsel for petitioner and the Government Pleader for Civil supplies appearing for respondents.

2. In this Writ Petition, petitioner has questioned the proceedings dt.22.12.2015 of the 3rd respondent asking the petitioner to show cause why his Fair Price Shop Dealership authorization cannot be cancelled and simultaneously suspending his Fair Price Shop Dealership authorization. According to the petitioner, this was served on the petitioner on 29.12.2015.

3. Although counsel for the petitioner seeks to contend that the allegations made in the show cause notice are not correct, since the petitioner has an opportunity to file his explanation to the show cause notice, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

4. However, liberty is given to petitioner to file such an explanation within a period of two (02) weeks from today and thereafter, the 3rd respondent shall conduct enquiry as provided in Sub-Clause(5) of Clause(5) of the A.P. State Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2008 after giving a personal hearing to the petitioner and pass orders thereon

within ninety(90) days from today.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
