HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.11023 of 2009 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: " ...writ of Certiorari call for the records relating to proceedings dt.04.05.2009 in No.024/ SRDS/ HR/ 2008 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same by declaring as illegal and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as a Assistant Project Director at Andole Cluster Area, Medak District."

2. Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that presently the petitioner is not working with the 2nd respondent and is also not keen to work out the writ prayer. The statement is placed on record.

3. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
