Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for General Administration (TG) appearing for respondent No.1 and perused the material available on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner herein, the petitioner submitted a representation to respondent No.2 herein - Director General of Anti Corruption Bureau on 12.12.2017 but no action has been taken by respondent No.2 so far on the said representation. Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct respondent No.2 herein to verify the said representation and to take appropriate action strictly in accordance with law. 3.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits in the matter, directing respondent No.2 to verify the representation, dated 12.12.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
