It is also stated that before registering the subject property in favour of petitioners, enquiries were conducted and then only sale deeds were registered in favour of petitioners. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. Since it is stated that application of the petitioners is pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to consider the same, in accordance with law.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent dispose of the representation of the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. __________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 12.02.2020 tk
