The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents 2 and 3 in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the house site plot to an extent of 178 sq. yards in Sy.No.679 (old) corresponding to new Sy.No.519 of Waddepally, Warangal District, even though the subject matter was ceased of by VI Junior Civil Judge, Warangal in O.S.No.150/2020 as being illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Article 21 of the Constitution of India. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 3. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 11.02.2020, a copy of which is placed on record, submits that respondents 2 and 3 never interfered with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's house site plot admeasuring an extent of 178 sq. yards in Sy.No.679 (old) corresponding to new Sy.No.519 of Waddepally, Warangal District. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that two cases were registered vide Cr.No.26/2019 and Cr.No.27 of 2019 regarding the illegal trespass in Sy.No.519 of Waddepally, Warangal District and except doing investigation in the above said cases, the respondent police authorities never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner at any point of time. 4.

Recording the above said submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on the behalf of official respondents 1 to 3, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
