2. Petitioner seeks deletion of the land admeasuring Ac.2-00 in Survey No.1255 of Guntur village, Guntur Mandal from the list of notified lands under Section 22-A of the Registration Act.

On petitioner's application dated 05.02.2015 the District Collector has already called for report from the Revenue Divisional Officer, Guntur vide proceedings of the Collector in Rc.No.530/2015-E2 dated 14.02.2015 where a report has accordingly been furnished by the Revenue Divisional Officer is now within the knowledge of the petitioner.

3. In any case, the second respondent-District Collector is required to consider the report if any and take appropriate decision on the application of the petitioner. Even otherwise, as per the direction of Full Bench of this Court in WA.No.343 of 2015 and batch dated 23.12.2015, the District Collectors have been already directed to re-examine and submit revised list as per the guidelines stipulated by the Full Bench.

4. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, referred to above, in the light of and in accordance with the directions of the Full Bench and issue appropriate consequential proceedings intimating the petitioner accordingly. As a sequel the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
