When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication, as the petitioner was appointed as Anganwadi Worker and, hence, the writ petition becomes infructuous. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
