This Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Section 22 of the A.P.Buildings, (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960 assailing the order, dated 02.06.2017, of the learned Additional Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad, passed in R.A.No.240 of 2015, whereby the learned appellate authority while dismissing the said appeal confirmed the order, dated 17.11.2015, of the learned Additional Rent Controller, Secunderabad, passed in R.C.No.62 of 2014 and directed the petitioner to vacate and handover possession of the petition schedule property within the time mentioned in the said orders. There is no representation for the petitioner on 04.08.2017 and also on 16.08.2017.

Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the property has already been delivered through the process of the Court and that he is having copies of delivery receipt, panchanama, and mediators' report.

In view of the submissions and as the petitioner is not showing interest to prosecute this petition, despite posting the matter under the caption, "for dismissal", the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________________ JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI August 23, 2017 Lmv
