Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on 29.08.2019 and 03.09.2019, as there was no representation for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Inspite of the same, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
