This Writ Petition is filed alleging that respondents 1 and 2 are calling the husband of petitioner to the Police Station and threatening him with dire consequences.

Written instructions furnished to the learned Government Pleader by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Siddipet I Town Police Station, dated 20.02.2019, would disclose that 3rd respondent lodged a complaint on 17.01.2019 alleging that husband of petitioner did not return the documents of his property even though loan amount was cleared. On receipt of said complaint, GD entry was made and as the contents of complaint disclose noncognizable offence, the Station House Officer called the petitioner's husband and the 3rd respondent to the Police Station for enquiry and accordingly, they attended on 18.01.2019 and on enquiry, it was looking like made of a civil in nature, the complainant was advised to take appropriate course of action. According to the learned Government Pleader, the Sub-Inspector of Police denies of frequently calling the husband of petitioner to the Police Station. 3.

Having regard to the said averment, cause in the Writ Petition does not survive and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed. ___________________________ JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO kkm
