THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2110 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petitions is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, aggrieved by the order dated 27.01.2017 passed in I.A.No.1894 of 2016 in O.S.No.434 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kakinada. At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the respondent herein submitted that the respondent is intending to withdraw I.A.No.1894 of 2016 in O.S.No.434 of 2016 before the Court below.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed setting aside the order, dated 27.01.2017 passed in I.A.No.1894 of 2016 in O.S.No.434 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kakinada. However, allowing of this Civil Revision Petition does not preclude the respondent herein to file a fresh application for appointment of advocate commissioner, after disposal of the petition filed by him under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
