PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioners to make an application under Right to Information Act, 2005 for seeking relevant document, whereby respondent No.6 has been appointed as a President of Water Distributory Committee. Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. It is open to the petitioners to make an application as aforementioned and if any such application is made, we direct the concerned authority to issue the relevant document/notification, if any, appointing respondent No.6 as a President of Water Distributory Committee within seventy two hours. It is also open to the petitioners to challenge if any such order/notification exists in appropriate proceedings. All contentions of the petitioners are kept open.
