HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI CIVIL REVISIION PETITION No.1550 OF 2015 O R D E R:

The grievance of the petitioner precisely in the present revision filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is that the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Manthani, Karimnagar District is not passing orders on I.A.No.3 of 2015 in O.S.No.1 of 2015.

2. Heard Sri Mirza Aijaz Ali Baig, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.Ravi Babu, learned counsel for the respondent Corporation apart from perusing the material available before the Court.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the petitioner herein filed I.A.No.3 of 2015 long back, no orders have been passed on the said application by the learned Judge. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that if the application for interim injunction is kept pending for a long period of time, the very object behind the said application would be frustrated.

4. In the facts and circumstances, this Court, without going into the merits and demerits of the matter, deems it appropriate to direct the learned Junior Civil Judge, Manthani, Karimnagar district, to dispose of I.A.No.3 of 2015 in O.S.No.1 of 2015.

5. For the aforesaid reasons, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, directing the learned Junior Civil Judge, Manthani, Karimnagar to dispose of I.A.No.3 of 2015 in O.S.No.1 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from today, after giving notice and opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
