THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 34712 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. The petitioner was appointed as a Fair Price Shop Dealer of Shop No.18A of Pulivendula Town and Mandal, YSR Kadapa District. While so, the Enforcement Deputy Tahsildar, Pulivendula inspected the shop and found certain irregularities and submitted a report dated 15.08.2015.

Based on the said report, the 3rd respondent issued a show cause notice on 22.08.2015 asking the petitioner to submit her explanation in respect of six allegations leveled against her and the petitioner submitted her explanation on 31.08.2015. Later on, the 3rd respondent passed an order on 04.09.2015 suspending the authorization of the petitioner for a period of three months pending enquiry. Challenging the said order, the present writ petition is filed.

3. The impugned order says that the authorization of the petitioner was suspended for a period of three months pending enquiry. The enquiry is pending before the 3rd respondent. In the circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry duly observing the principles of natural justice and pass final orders within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________
