HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.29875, 29884 and 29878 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER:

The inaction of respondent No.2 in disposing of either appeals or stay petitions filed on 26.08.2017, as against the eviction orders of respondent No.3 dated 22.07.2017 in LTR.Case.Nos.1, 2 and 3/2016/TKP, is questioned in the Writ Petitions as being illegal and arbitrary. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare. In the circumstances, the Writ Petitions are disposed of directing respondent No.2 (Additional Agent to Government, Bhadrachalam, Bhadradri, Kothagudem) to dispose of the appeals filed by the petitioners against the eviction orders of respondent No.3 dated 22.07.2017 in LTR.Case.Nos.1, 2 and 3/2016/TKP, if the same are still pending, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Till then, respondents shall not take any steps to dispossess the petitioners from the subject property.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
