ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the final order dated 16.06.2015 passed by the 4th respondent in terminating the petitioner from the duties of Field Assistant, as arbitrary and illegal. Since the order impugned terminating the petitioner was passed by the 4th respondent-Mandal Parishad Development Officer, who is not competent authority to pass the said order, the Writ Petition is disposed of setting aside the impugned order dated 16.06.2015 and directing the respondents to continue the petitioner in service. However, this order does not preclude the competent authority to pass appropriate orders. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
