This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.144 of 2018 of Women Police Station-1, Hanumakonda, Warangal Commissionerate.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 05.08.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after due investigation in the aforesaid crime, filed charge sheet before Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal, and C.C.No.756 of 2019 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
