This Criminal Petition is filed, seeking to direct the respondent to release the petitioners on anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest on the complaint filed by the de facto complainant against the petitioners on the file of Mahila Police Station Rajahmahendravaram, East Godavari District in unregistered crime in connection with which the petitioners are apprehending their arrest. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners, except stating that there is no FIR registered, in spite of the complaint being filed three months back, does not state any reasons for granting anticipatory bail and no arguments are advanced. There being no crime registered, the criminal petition is dismissed, as no apprehension of arrest is pleaded and proved.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
