This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in laying radial road No.7 from Tellapur junction to Edugulagulapally through the petitioners' property in Plot No.69-A to an extent of 500 Sq.Yards in Sy.No.132/A and Plot No.69/B to an extent of 500 Sq.Yards in Sy.No.132/A of Kolluru Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, without notice and without following the procedure established under law. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that inspite of the orders passed by this Court in IA.No.1 of 2018 in WP.No.18283 of 2018, dt.04.06.2018 and inspite of quashing notification issued under Section 11(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, in WP.No.12007 of 2019 filed by the petitioners, the respondents are trying to dispossess the petitioners without initiating fresh land acquisition proceedings.

On the other hand learned Assistant Government Pleader for Road and Buildings and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, basing on written instructions submits that in pursuance to the orders passed in the aforesaid writ petitions they are not dispossessing the petitioners from their lands and that they have not taken up any activity in the petitioners' land on 5.02.2020.

In view of the aforesaid submission, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject lands without further initiating fresh land acquisition proceedings. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. __________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 12.02.2020 Note:
