THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI APPEAL SUIT No.2827 OF 1999 JUDGMENT:

Sri Y. Sudhakar, learned counsel who formerly appeared for the deceased sole appellant, submits that the listing of the case is informed to one of the sons of the sole appellant (since died) and that the son of the appellant has taken away the record from him. 2.

Learned Standing Counsel for the Railways appearing for the respondents - railways is present.

On 25.10.2017, it was reported that the sole appellant died and time was sought for taking steps. Till date, no steps are taken. Therefore, the appeal stands abated.

In that view of the matter, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as abated.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal Suit shall stand closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
