ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the orders passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.30626 of 2016 in W.P.No.24800 of 2016, dated 28.09.2016, whereunder the respondents were directed to continue the petitioners in service until further orders.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioners are continuing in service, whereas learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that no salary is being paid to the petitioners.

It is needless to observe that if the petitioners are continuing, they shall be entitled to salary.
