Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 5. 02.
This writ petition is filed alleging that though cognizable crime was reported on 12-10-2018 against 6th respondent, so far crime is not registered.

Learned Government Pleader based on written instructions submits that having regard to the nature of issue involved in the case, a letter was addressed to Tahsildar with a request to direct the Mandal Surveyor to survey the land and to fix boundaries of the disputed survey numbers. Notice was sent to the petitioner through registered post on 15-02-2019 informing him that after survey of the lay-outs is completed, action will be taken on his complaint as per survey report.

Having regard to the aforesaid statement, it can not be said that police are negligent warranting interference by this Court. 05.
In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to petitioner to work out his remedy if there is inordinate delay. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. __________________ P.NAVEEN RAO,J 18-03-2019 Nvl
