THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.LAKSHMAN WP.No. 2451 of 2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice M.S.Ramachandra Rao) The counsel for petitioner states that his client wishes to avail the 'Sabka Vishwas (Legal Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019', and so the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to revive this Writ Petition in the event there is no settlement reached in the said Scheme. 2.

Therefore, permission is accordingly granted to petitioner to withdraw this writ petition reserving the right to petitioner to revive the writ petition in the event there is no settlement under the said Scheme.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
