When there was no representation for the appellant on 06.02.2018, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. On 27.02.2018, learned counsel for the appellant, though, present, sought time for taking steps, as one of the respondents died. No steps have been taken till date. Even today, there is no representation for the appellant. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 is present.

Hence, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present appeal, stand closed.
