THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28163 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"to issue writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in conducting survey in respect of the land in Sy.No.659, 660, 661 and 662 situated at Sulanagar village, Bethampudi, Tekulapally Mandal, Khammam District inspite of paying the requisite amount of Rs.1200/- towards charges for survey by way of a Challan dt.5-1-2016 bearing No.0000009648 and submitting the, representation dt.25-7-2016, as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the respondents to conduct the survey in respect of the above said land."

Heard, Ms.G. Jaya Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the common order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.4811 of 2011 and batch, dated 28-04-2016. Following the above said common order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also stands disposed of, in terms thereof.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
