ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed feeling aggrieved by notice No.G-101/UC/ACP6/59/GHMC/2015, dated 03.11.2015, of respondent No.2 issued under Section-452

(2) of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955.

At the hearing, Mr. N.Rishi Kumar, learned counsel representing Mr. N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, on instructions, submitted that after the impugned notice was issued, the petitioner has submitted an application on-line for regularisation of the unauthorised constructions and that the same is under consideration. He has further submitted that till a decision

on the said application of the petitioner is taken, the respondents will not issue further notices and take action for removal of the unauthorised construction made by the petitioner.

These submissions of the learned counsel are placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No. of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
