On 23.09.2015 when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall also stand dismissed.
