THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1004 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by A.1 to A.4 & A.6 under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in taking cognizance of offence in Sr.No.8630 of 2014 in Crime No.167 of 2013 on the file of II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tanuku.

After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners confined his argument to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court.

In the circumstances, the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates so specifically the trial Court insists for their appearance. The petitioners are directed to be represented by a counsel on all hearing dates.
