HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1454 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioners/A3 to A20 seek to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.33 of 2012 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Satyavedu, registered for the offences under Sections 120-B, 119, 34, 146, 147, 149, 500, 306 r/w 511, 426 and 379 of IPC Section 3(1)(x) of SC,ST (POA) Act, 1989. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a copy of judgment dated 26.05.2016 in C.C.No.33 of 2012 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Sathyavedu and submitted that the subject matter of the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.33 of 2012 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
