B. Ramanna, v. The Apsrtc Rep. By Its Vice Chairman And Managing Director,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITON No. 21982 OF 2007 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.Rama Rao, learned counsel for the respondents.
This writ petition is filed questioning the changing of the date of birth. One of the contentions which were raised by the petitioner is that he was not issued any notice while issuing the impugned proceedings.
This Court by order dated 12.10.2007 granted interim direction and thereafter the same was made absolute by order dated 25.02.2008. Apparently, as on the date of filing the writ petition, petitioner was aged 56 years.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim direction petitioner continued in service and his terminal benefits have been paid and hence, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
