THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. BHASKAR REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No. 321 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders dated 15.12.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.45652 of 2018.

2.

By the above said order, this Court directed respondent No.2 to consider the representation/objection of the petitioner dated 07.09.2018 for granting permission to respondent No.3 for construction over the subject property of the petitioner. 3.

The sole respondent has filed counter affidavit in contempt case stating that the respondent's corporation on consideration of the submissions of the parties including the petitioner herein and after considering all the aspects has disposed of the representation dated 07.09.2018 as per directions of this Court dated 15.12.2018.

4.

Since the respondents have considered and disposed of the petitioner's representation, this Court is satisfied that there is no violation on the part of the respondents. 5.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed as no further orders are necessary. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner, if any cause survives, to file fresh application seeking

revival of the contempt case in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
