After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the Revision Petition with liberty to raise the objections, if any, before the trial Court.

Granting liberty as sought, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
