When this revision came up for consideration on 06.04.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Even on this day, when the matter is taken up, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It indicates that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
