This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 24.07.2012, passed in Interlocutory Application No.337 of 2012 in Original Suit No.2046 of 2010 by the VIII Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, whereunder and whereby, the petition filed under Order XVI Rule 1 read with 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 to summon the official witnesses, was dismissed. As per the information received by this Court through ecourts website, the main suit was disposed of on 24.02.2014 by the trial Court, as such, the petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
