Sri Nagi Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri Ch. Jagannadha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that on account of subsequent developments, the cause in the Writ Petition (TR) does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition (TR) is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition (TR) shall stand closed.
