This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner/ accused, in Crime No.420 of 2017 on the file of Sanathnagar Police Station, Cyberabad. The offences alleged are under Sections 420 and 409 IPC and Section 24 of Immigration Act.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The Public Prosecutor brings to the notice of this Court that the earlier bail petition which was filed by the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 20.12.2017 in Crl.P.No.12021 of 2017.

A perusal of the order shows that the petition was dismissed after considering the merits of the case. In such circumstances, this petition is not maintainable. 5.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
