The petitioners/A1 to A3 and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsel. 2.

I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 are filed to permit them to record compromise and to compound the offences respectively in Crime No.593 of 2017 of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324 and 34 IPC and Section 3(1)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribues (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably and not having any grievance. 3.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners in Crime No.593 of 2017 of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad, are hereby quashed and the petitioners/A.1 to A3 are acquitted.
