This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.284 of 2009 on the file of the Central Crime Police Station, Hyderabad.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that after completion of the investigation, the matter is referred as civil in nature. He also filed a copy of the final report.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, no further orders are necessary in this petition.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
