HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.13857 of 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that originally his late grand father was the original pattadar of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.0-07 guntas in Sy.No.535/A of of Anajpur Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy and his name was recorded in revenue records. After death of his grand father leaving behind his sons namely Balalaih and Danaiah and accordingly, their names were reflected in revenue records for Ac.0-03 guntas and Ac.0-04 guntas respectively. After death of his father by name Balaiah, the petitioner made application dated 20-07-2016 to the 3rd respondent under Section 6-A of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short " the Act") for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is under Section 6-A of the Act and the same is pending before the 3rd respondent, it is for the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the same.

Accordingly, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner Section 6-A of the Act in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 20-04-2017 nvl
