HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.18407 OF 1993 ORAL ORDER:
Mr. K. Tarun, learned counsel representing Mr. P. Venugopal, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that the cause in the present writ petition does not survive and it has become infructuous. He would further submit that even they did not have case bundle. Therefore, this Court is not in a position to direct the Registry to reconstruct the bundle.
Recording the above said submission, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, in the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
