THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1262 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Having regard to the prima facie accusation made against the petitioners/Accused Nos. 7 to 9 and other accused in the FIR, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Therefore, the investigation shall continue. However, considering the submission of the learned counsel for petitioners that the petitioners/Accused No. 7 to 9 are Government Employees and further, Accused No.8 and 9 are women, the Police of Wadapalli Police Station, Nalgonda District, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/Accused Nos. 7 to 9 during the course of investigation. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
