HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.35212 of 2016 ORDER:
Petitioner challenges the order of suspension dated 22.08.2016. Against the order of suspension, an appeal shall lie to the appellate authority under Rule 32 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification Control and Appeal) Rules 1991. In the instant case, order was passed by the District Collector, Ranga Reddy District. An appeal shall lie against the order of the District Collector, whereas without availing remedy of appeal, this writ petition is filed.

Writ Petition is dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy of appeal. It is needless to observe that as and when such appeal is filed, the competent authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of such explanation.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________________________ JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO Date: 20.01.2017 kkm
